    Default DOCTORS CHARGES!

I just called in at my surgery to ask how much my GP will charge to complete my medical form for Ofsted. £44.50! Thats alot to ask when Im not even earning anything yet!
    Is this fee about average?

Mine was £25 and I really grudged paying that for what is essentially a tick in a box and their signature!

    Default No way!

Thats shocking! How do they come up with this figure and why does it vary so much?

Mine did not charge either which was fortunate as I had so little money at the time.

I got charged £20 just for them to not fill it out properly and have Ofsted send it back to me TWICE!!! I went mad and spoke to the surgery manager and asked exactly what my £20 paid for because as far as I was concerned it paid for incompetence! I got my £20 back and an apology

I was charged £5. I don't think they had ever done one as it took ages and lots of back and forth to get a price. I would speak directly to your GP if you can.

Mine cost £35 but was sent off within a week so I can't really complain. It should be one fee for all, so unfair people having to pay £90 or more
