    Default Working child tax credit

    Wondering if any can help???? I have been claiming for my 2 year old in nursery 35hrs a week. As from next week she will not be going to nursery just wondering could I still claim when she's in my care. If you see what I mean. Worth a try

    Sorry, no, you can't claim for your own child as you're no longer paying out the money. You need to contact tax credits and tell then your daughter is no longer in paid childcare.
