Really annoying!

I have an over 8 that comes twice a week term time only.
Mum has cancelled one day from end April to July so she can do school tennis during this time after school.

She did say looking to increase from September. I find it really annoying, but I guess not a lot I can do about it.

I have noticed that as mine get older the number of days/hours seem to get less and less.

In fact I offered to lower the number of days from 2 to 1 a week for 1 mindee (over 8) because I felt so guilty - the parent was paying me for 2 days and last month only actually came to me for 1 day in the whole MONTH.

Also a mindee I have looked after for 4yrs+ has gone down to term time only now (had him a heck of a lot before).

Luckily I have been able to fill the places but it's a scary time when there is so much chopping and changing - this self employed lack makes my nerves jangle.
