Just realised that i've got a problem with my busy bees payments, parents thought it was their payroll but appears to be busy bees. Not had my March payments, just wondered if you'd all received yours yet?

Just been reading on another forum. There has been a security breach on the site and all the people registered with Busy Bees had all their sort codes bank account numbers etc revealed to all for 12hrs last week.

They had to close the site down to sort it all out and a lot of payments are late.

No its not good and they haven't even had the courtesy to notify anyone, at least I haven't been infromed officially nor has my parent.

Just been reading this thread, as I am waiting for some payments to come through. I rang them and they told me they had a few problems, but still no money. Will give them a ring tomorrow - oh what joy!!

Have been told Wednesday as I am waiting on two payments! We were told their system didn't synchronise properly!

Thanks for the replies, will wait and see what happens.

They're so annoying on the phone though that they think it's acceptable that we've not been paid and all they can tell me is the parents will have to phone and it could take 3-4 working days.

I'd like to keep nearly £700 of their monthly salary and see how blase they'd be then!

Just catching up hmmm seems like I will be on the phone tomorrow, have 3 mindees that pay whole mths fees by busy bees wondered y no money was in account today as payments where made by parents last Monday all together I am due over £2400

and bills waiting to be paid....

Just checked email and now have remittance advice from them for some of the money so fingers crossed.

Has anyone asked them about this? They need to writing to everyone whos details where revealed so that people can check their accounts carefully.

My Busy Bees money has reached my bank today, 2 weeks after redeeming the voucher

I had some money taken from my bank account by a "fraudster" last month and couldn't understand why or how. Wonder if it was anything to do with Busy Bees?!?!?!?!

I got my money for last month eventually, however i have not yet received the remittance advice...! I don't like busy bees at all.
