I had a parent come at the weekend looking to start in January for 8month full time, she is going to get back to me at the weekend, if she wants me will I just charge a deposit or a retainer?

Are you registered yet? Just it says pre-reg under your name.

You can not charge a retainer for a space which doesnt yet exist.

I never charge a retianer anyway, I just take a 2 week deposit which then comes off the first months bill if they take up the place or is lost if they dont.
