    Default Saturday fees!

    Hi everyone,
I'm currently in the process of registering to be a childminder in Sheffield.
I'm wondering if any of you guys work Saturdays and if so what hourly rate do you charge? Or if you don't work Saturdays what sort of hourly rate would you charge??????
Thanks in advance for you help!

    7 days a week.....WOW!! I don't think I'd be alive if I did that When's your downtime?

Anyway, as you can probably guess, I don't work Saturdays but I would probably charge £6ph (Normal rate is £3.75)
Time Out.. The perfect time for thinking about what you're going to destroy next.

Please say that you do take a good amount of holiday per year.

I give my holiday notice in Jan for the whole year! I take 3 weeks in Oct and 1 week in May. And I have Wed/Thur 9:30-2:30 off. But this is only because all the children I take on I try to work around not working these hrs unless is an emergency or one off. Thankfully all my parents don't work these days and I try not to take on new kids those days. If not i'd go nuts because, I also works overnight on the weekends.
