    Default overnight stays

    Hi

I was just wondering what requirements are there in order to become registered to have children stay overnight? Have you found many parents use this service? And how do you charge - by the hour, or for the total night? - And how much? Thanks! x

I charge £35 for an overnight stay. This covers a 12 hour period. I've only done it a few times and its ok - unless mindee decides to wake up for most of the night then its not fun! after 12 hours I charge my normal rate until pick up. You can fond out additional requirements in the standards under overnight care

i charge £45 for 12 hours from 7pm-7am and then hourly for any additional hours. i haven't had anyone stay yet but it was abit of a bonus actually as i didn't think about registering overnight. at the end of my pre-reg inspection the ofsted lady just said 'did i want to be registered for overnight as she would be happy to do so' so i just yes in case.
