Default no fee's and an empty house

Parent has left giving no notice and the house is empty, does anyone have a letter I can use giving 7 days to pay up or court action please?

I have no suggestion of a letter you could draft, but whoever your insurer is should be able to help you with that and the wording. The question is.....if the house is empty where are you going to post the letter to so that the parent gets it? :-/ hope you get it sorted, what a rubbish position to be in :-(

Is there an Agents board outside? Maybe they have a forwarding address. Do you know parents address at work have you tried ringing work number? I'm afraid if you haven't got a current address the insurer's and Courts will not be able to help you.
