fees for before and after school advice please!

hi everyone, I currently charge £4 ph for before school and £4 ph after school with a minimum fee of £8 for those who are collected before the 2 hours. I noticed another local childminder and the afterschool club charge £12 for after school care, regardless of the time they are collected and £8 for before school. Do you think I should increase my charges or see how it goes. I have only been registered for just over a year now. thanks! x

If you are that much cheaper than the alternatives, then you should fill your spaces quickly. Although it sounds like you could increase your fees and still be cheaper than the other options. I would increase my fees.

I charge £15 for before and after £5 before and £10 after it's totally up to you but sounds like you could put it up a little

Depends what area you are in I guess. I am south London and I charge a minimum 2 hours £11 before and after school. Extra for a dinner.
