    Default sick child

Hi just wondering if everyone charges full pay if a child is off sick or half pay?

    Always full pay!

(However if a child was off long-term sick and the parent was off work unpaid so as they could care for them, I may compromise)

Full pay here if the child or parent is off sick, no pay if I am.

Full pay here too. If I am available to work they pay full as they are not paying for my time they are paying for a contracted childcare space.

When I first started I was nice and charged 1/2 fee when they were sick - amazing how often they were ill and only had to pay half fees . I learnt quickly and after the first year it was full fee for all child absences.

If I or my child is sick and I cannot work then I charge nothing

Full pay for parent/child sickness, but no pay for my own.
