I would ask for all date require a month in advance ,these are to be paid for whether LO attends or not.this way you can use the other days for other children if you have any flexible ones x

Does she get given her rota in advance or is she on a zero hours contract? You may have to average it out over a month and get her to pay for same amount each week or tell her you want to be paid for a minimum of 2 days a week regardless plus the third day as and when she works it. I would then ask for 2 days holiday pay. Is it the same days each week or could it be day - so is she wanting you to keep 3 days free or all 5?
