    Default Peer Observation

I can remember doing this before my last inspection, for some reason it has now dissapered. Do we still have to do them when not working alone?

    Thanks in advance

Sorry. When the last inspector read my SEF she telephoned me and hubby who work together and said she would like to see a peer observation during our inspection.. One from me about Peter and one from him about me.

I can find nothing on my computer so I dont have a clue what I wrote last time.

I've never been asked to do that and I work with my partner.

It's certainly not required by the Eyfs or Childcare Register.

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you!

Thank You. I have never seen it before my last inspection 3 years ago but I remember observing hubby for 15 mins writing down strengths, areas for development and reccomendations then he did the same for me. Then we both signed it.

I think I may give this a miss next time.
