register the use of computer/camara

has anyone got the number or link of where i register for the use of the comouter and camara so its all legal to take pics

???????? Do we have to do this then? I had no idea... i've just got a permission form from parents to say it was ok to take and store photos of their children on my iphone & computer for observations/picture books and ofsted's eyes only. And the mindees parents obviously.

Just had my first inspection and she didnt mention it...

you need to register with the ICO if you take photos using a digital camera and/or you store data on your computer
