My 2 year old mindee to day was playing with the train set pushing the train forward and back, he was saying "back" "ward", where would you link this in eyfs and any ideas for next steps. Thanks

It's linked to maths - the child is learning about direction.... also communication and language.

I'd just develop it further - over the bridge, up the hill, down the other side etc
