Question about Numbers

I have been asked by a parent if I could have her daughter all week next week (she is usually just here on a Thursday and Friday). I don't have a problem with any other day other than a Wednesday which is when I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old as well as my own daughter who is 3. I know that this would take me over my numbers of 3 under the age of 5 but could I do this as a one off? Any advice gratefully received. Thx

Yes as long as you risk assess and show you have enough equipment and how you will be able to meet the needs of all 4

yes you can grant yourself a variation, you need to show that you have thought it through and have enough equipment, how you will manage etc, everything that you done before when applying to Ofsted. you also are supposed to consult-inform with parents.
