    Default 2 year old check samples on word

    Hi, I hope someone can help me

    I am trying to find a sample of the 2 YO check in a word format. The only ones that I can find are PDF's, and I am having trouble translating that to word, without losing the formatting. I am rubbish at Word, and can spend hours fiddling with text boxes!!
    I know it is cheeky, but does anyone have any samples they wouldn't mind sharing?
