A while ago I came across a form for parents to fill out which said what the child's latest interest/latest favourite toys at home were. I thought I had this printed ready to hand to term time only parents to get updated with the child's current interests but can I heck find where I have put them and I just can't find the link to this form to print them off again.
Can anyone remember seeing such a form and point me in the right direction?
