Thanks - I have been looking at redesigning my obs and planning sheets and have kept putting this to the back of the pile of things to do. These templates have spurred me on again in the right direction!

yeah...thanks....I was quite happy with my setup till I saw these, have now spent the afternoon updating lol. Have simplified them a little further though.
