    Default Wrap-around and Holiday Care

I've just been reading a document which says 'the framework now makes clear that the EYFS requirements do not need to be delivered in full when children spend limited amounts of time in a setting'.

Anyone know what is the limited amounts of time please?

Pre-school Sarah. Both 3.5 years old. One Mum works part time and the other is sending lo to pre-school for longer hours because she can't afford my fees

You can only cover the stuff for the time they are with you!

Don't do too much... easy for me to say and I really need to follow my own advice and not get carried away...

But really truly look at what you are producing and make it short and sweet

Yes, Sarah! Listen to your own advice!!

My little girl will be coming 11 hours a week and she will do things if she's in the mood but the little boy will come for probably 8 hours a week and all he wants to do is rush and play, he doesn't want to sit down and do anything but I'll do obs etc from that....

So I will have a four year old just in the school holidays, the first one being for 2 days at christmas and then who knows after that as I don't, he will be with me full days then but can I get away with not having to do much actual written work about him as he is not a child who wants to do anything much anyway?
