    Default Holiday charges

Hi i'm in the registration process at the minute and am writing a business plan as part of the CYPOP5 course. With regards to the children taking a holiday would you usually give a discount or not charge at all? I have worked in nurseries in the past and they used to offer a discount for up to so many weeks in the year if they were given enough notice. Can anyone help or give ideas on what they do?

    Thanks in advance x

Usually take 4 weeks unpaid but parents holidays if taken at a different time to mine are full fees.

My philosophy is if I'm open you pay, if I'm closed you don't.
