just to say i was a new customer never singed up before.i was having problems then i realised one of the pages i needed to scroll down but it did look like the page had finished if that makes sense so maybe just try scrolling down i didn;t actually sign into an account i just said i wanted to pay with a debit card

Its still working as Ive just placed another order using my husbands email and credit card. Think Ive got enough to keep the little ones entertained for a while.

Not sure about your order newkid because it said on the letter that it could only be used once. You could try ordering using a different email address & payment details, but it might be a good idea to wait a couple of days

I recieved a welcome email last night (registered as a new customer) when I placed my order and I have recieved an Order conformation email this morning.
Fingers crossed they send my order before they realise their mistake
