    I am stuck on Staffing. I have put information about myself etc in the first part. But ..... what do we do well and evidence for this.

    What can I put?

    I put:

    What we do well: Managing the number of children within my setting to provide the best care
    What has improved: My knowledge of my capabilities and the children’s needs.
