I have received confirmation today that the questions I put to my regional Assembly Member regarding the NMS were tabled to the Minister yesterday. Legally the Minister has to reply by 25th October.
Hopefully this will give them the legal 'kick up the behind' that makes them realise the effect this is having on childminders across the country.
I have also asked that NCMA Cymru are consulted on any amendments before they become final.
Get me! I will be chaining myself to the Senedd building next

I have seen the paper which confirms that the questions has been answered and that as of 25/10 there was no written response. We did think this may be the case and (apparently) their reply suggests they are working behind the scenes to get this sorted.
I will keep you updated.
