Hi
I'm trying to create a portfolio, I've set it out under NMS. But I'm not sure if I've covered everything, what do you put in your portfolio and is this ok as an operational plan as well, or do I need both.

A portfolio and an operational plan are usually the same thing.
It's a place to put everything about your provision and the services you offer together for parents and CSSIW.
In Wales, following the new (April 2011) NMS is the way to go.
