Part 3 - Self assessment of Service

please help.

I look at it and the words are not making sense lol.

I've tried looking on the cssiw site for 'help in filling this part in' but cant find anything..keeps telling me whatever I 'search' is not correct etc.

I just want to know how and what details they want etc....I do not like this one, prefer the old one!!

Polly2 & Marge have both just had inspections. Perhaps pm them? I have just sent a blank copy to Manjay tonight so it's gonna take her a while to read it through and work it out.

Do you have a development worker or childcare co-ordinator at the council that you could ring?

I have dutifully been filling in a copy of the old one all year so that I would be ready - then they go and change it!

So do I lol, but I do like to leave it til last minute, last year it was due by 31st dec.....and I got si to drive it to their office 10pm that night

Mine has to be in by tomorrow and I am in such a muddle with it all. I have totally buried my head in the sand. Also, I've had a crazy 4 weeks with normal life so have very easily put it out of my mind until now.

I hope you got yours filled in and into the office in time. I'm planning to do it online tonight.
