There's one in Abergavenny! Sory don't know of any Cardiff/Newport way

I can venture up to Abergavenny if they allow the toys to come down to Newport!

I'd be interested also, i remember when I was going through the network they mentioned a toy library but that was it no other details and as I ddint finish the network training I didnt find out.
