    Default Bullying Policy Wales

Just wondering whether my Welsh friends have a separate policy for bullying or whether they have incorporated a statement in their Behaviour Management policy to include what they will do to tackle bullying?
    Thanks again

At the moment I do have a separte policy as it was an 'add on' policy for me! I am revamping now and I think I will put bullying in with behaviour management as you said

When I had my inspection last year, bullying was one of things that were quite hot on. Think I purchased one of Sarah's e-books on bullying to get myself up to scratch on it all.
