    Default SEN policy for Wales!

I downloaded a sample SEN policy from BCMA but it is geared towards the EYFS and regulations in England, there isn't a sample SEN policy on the NCMA website at all. I was wondering if anyone has a SEN policy for Wales? I didn't just want to reword it so it reads FP instead of EYFS, as I don't want to include things like completing IEPs if we're not supposed to.
It's all stuff we'd aim to deliver, but I don't want to get it wrong.

Are childminders in Wales considered to be Early Years Settings?

A Welsh SEN policy should use the wording from the Welsh Standards.

I'd go through those, pick out the relevant words and then write how you intend to meet the requirements
