    Default Questionnaires

    Hi All,

I am due an inspection soon and am filling in my SAF, I have sent my mindees parents their questionnaires. I would like to see what they wrote for feedback though. Is it ok to ask them to give them to me so I can make a copy and then send them on to CSSIW ? Or will the inspector bring them along ? I would like to create a review report before the inspector comes so it would be helpful to have the questionnaires !

    Thanks x

I kept mine in a file and the inspector looked at them when she came

    Good luck with the inspection

the questionnaires say on them that they should be sent to CSSIW so parents might feel they cannot share the information with you.

It's always worth asking them though, saying you would like a chance to rectify things if they have noted any issues.

    Good luck!
