Default Assistants and numbers on certificates

Hi i was wondering if any of you in Wales have a registered assistant if so how is this stated on your registration certificate. I haven't got an assistant and my certificate states i can care for no more than 5 children under the age of 8 years old at any 1 time ( I have a 3 year old son). Does this state more children if you have an assistant.
    Thanks

My husband is my co-minder and our certificates have 2 different clauses stating how many we can look after on our own and how many when working together. I am guessing it would be the same if you have an assistant
