Default please help! new mindee 10 years old.

Hi all, I have a new mindee enquiry and I was just wondering what the procedure is for this age?
Obviously a contract and all the policies and stuff. Do I need to keep a daily diary for her?
And with payment? She wants 3 after school days a week would I then ask for 2 weeks in advance?

No daily diary needed, maybe a scrapbook for any craft/work she does at your home.
