Planning and learning jornals

Hello again,

I'm in the final stages of registration just waiting for the inspector to come. The inspector has told me that when she comes she will want to see an example of completed planning and what learning journal format I will be using, so was just wondering how you do your and what you use?

As I'm in Wales there seems to be very little in terms of advice on how we need to do these things, unless I've missed something somewhere?

It's very similar to what we do in England with areas of learning in the Foundation Phase.
