    Default CONTRACT HELP PLEASE

    HELLO I WILL BE DOING MY FIRST CONTRACT SOON, I WILL HAVE A MUM THAT WILL NEED ME FOR MORNINGS AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE AND DURING THE HOLIDAYS BUT HER HOURS AND DAYS CHANGE WEEKLY AND SHE ONLY FINDS OUT HER HOURS THE LAST DAY SHE WORKS WILL I HAVE TO DO A DIFFERENT CONTRACT EACH WEEK X

    When I have had shift workers I have agreed a minimum fee for the week and then charge anything over this on top. If the hours fall below I charge the minimum iyswim.

    In the contract I write in the comments box which is near the hours bit (not near a contract sorry) Shift work - Hours/days to vary each day/week - Minimum weekly fee of £x (equivilent to x hours) all addtional hours to be paid on top at £x per hour.

    Contract for Term Time before and after and additional hours in school holidays.
