Default St Davids Day ideas for baby?

I am going to make daffodil windmills this week with my mindees and colour Welsh flags. But any idea what I can do with 11 month old? Mum and dad love crafts but we always seem to end up doing handprints so would like to steer away from anything handprint like.

At my toddler group we are giving them yellow and green paint and asking them to paint a picture of daffodils that we will have in vase on the table. An 11 month old can probably hold a chubby brush and have a go.

Children of that age in my care very rarely have an end product to take home. It is more about the process rather than what they produce. My parents would be getting pictures of what they had been doing which for me this week is lots of yellow and green paint
