INSPECTION OVER!!!!!
I had my first inspection today!! And it went really well. She pointed out a couple of ways I can improve the way I do things which was really helpful, apart from that she was completely happy. Phew! Can breathe for another year xxxxxxx

Mine was completely unannounced (in Wales we are told it will be within 12 weeks and thats as much as we get on when they are coming) which I have to be honest I think I prefer as she just caught me as I would normally be. In fact, she caught me at the worst time as we had just got in from a playschool run, lunch was already cooking in the oven as I have pick up 45 mins later. So was all a bit manic. She took some notes and observed while I dished up the dinner and then while the children were eating I got out the paperwork she asked for. When they had finished I got out the lego and we sat and built lego and she asked me some questions and went through my paperwork. It was much calmer than I expected, but I have to admit I am very glad it is over for another year. Try not to worry, my inspector was really nice and I asked her lots of questions too. Good luck xxx

Well done
When someone tells you nothing is impossible, tell them to go slam a revolving door
