Variation?

I have space for an after schoolie on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, space for two after schoolies on a Friday. I have had an enquiry from a mum (also a friend) whose parents are going on holiday for a month for the whole of June and she has asked if I can collect her two children two afternoons a week just through June, for an hour a day. The only day I have space for both is a Friday, but does anyone know the likelihood of getting a variation considering that it is short term and they are siblings?
