Fantastic ideas - thank you so much! Just have to be careful what leaves you are doing certain things with with the sap eg laurel.

Thanks Polly and Sonia. So far i've indentified these leaves to avoid, can anyone think of others?
laurels, holly, ivy, euphorbia, rhubarb
(quite honestly i wouldnt you these but thought i'd better 'risk assess' anyway)

i've done the great outdoors course (northampton) - really really good - lots of fab ideas about evrything outdoors! totally recommend people do it (wellies, woollies and waterprooofs needed!)
