Handprint chinease dragon /template and instuctuions :) hope my attachments work !

Thought some of you could use this there was a previous thread about it a kit to buy ........found one on activityvillage.co.uk


(instructions)

Glue
Small white circle stickers
Black pen
Large sheet of paper

Print our template out onto card. Cut out and use it to draw and cut out a head, mane, tail and two legs from colored paper.

Draw around your hand 5 times on colored paper, and cut out. Glue the handprints in a line across your large sheet of paper to form your dragon’s body, referring to the photo above for positioning. Stick on the mane and the head. Add the tail and two legs. Stick on the two stickers as eyes and with the black pen draw on the pupils, nostrils and teeth.

Variation:

1. Instead of cutting around your child's hand onto colored paper, make handprints with bright colored poster paint on white paper. When dry, cut out as before.

2. Make this dragon as a classroom project with as many hands as you like - just give him an extra long body!

I did this last year and it looks fab... the kids had such good fun getting messy with the hand printing and the parents loved seeing the wall display.
We used feathers and glitter on our too... and we all know how kids love glitter

Fab thanks for sharing . I did mine today with ds (mindee free day) anyway I did 4 handprints and connected them with split pins making them moveable Im also going to attach lollypop sticks so that he can move the body up and down like a puppet. Cant wait to do another with mindee on Thursday and Friday.
