    Default THE GLUE SPONGE

Do the kids make a mess with the glue?

Cut a small piece of sponge to fit a small sandwich box with a lid

Soak the sponge in glue then leave in the sandwich box

At craft time let the kids just dab their craft bits onto the sponge

Hey presto all ready for sticking onto paper or whatever you are doing

Then when finished pop the lid on till next time

You may need to put more glue on but it depends what glue you use and how much you use I guess

That's a great idea might stop them from trying to spoon the glue into their mouths too

    What a good idea! Thanks.
We have been using gummed paper shapes recently and I use a sponge for wetting that. Never thought of doing the same for glue!
