    Default Tea Loaf (fat free)

I've made this a few times and the children have eaten it with a little butter for their snack.

    350g mixed dried fruit
    150ml strong tea
    125g brown sugar

    Put together and leave overnight.

    Add the following:

    225g SR flour
    1 beaten egg

    Stir lightly.

Then put into a greased and lined loaf tin. Bake at 160 for approx 1hr 10mins.
