    Default 2 minute fudge

Just found this when planning for Christmas

    http://www.northpole.com/Kitchen/Cookbook/rec0741.asp

Not tried it, but will do after school and let you know how it goes.

I've just made some, well my 3 yo mindee has! It is so simple. School age children could do this independently. It doesn't even get too hot in micro, just warm. Not tasted the final product, but me and 3 yo agree that the mixture is yummy ( I left out the nuts for the fussy ones i.e my ds)
