    Default Mini Pizza

    What you will need:

    Bagels or English Muffins
    Pepperoni
    Pizza sauce
    Cheese
    Directions:

    1. Have an adult cut the bagels or muffins in half.

    2. Spread pizza sauce all over each half.

    3. Lay the pepperoni on top and cover with cheese.

    4. Have an adult put them in the oven until the cheese is all bubbly.

    5. You can also put anything you like on top, like veggies or other meats.

I have made these for my children, and got older mindees making their own full size pizzas for our lunch on holiday days including the dough, but this might be a great idea for the little ones to make their own lunch one day.

    Thanks for prompt!

Tortillas, french stick, pitta breads, sliced ciabatta & paninis also make good bases.

We often make mini pizza. I have adapted the recipe from I Can Cook.

    75g Self Raising Flour
    10g Margarine
    2 table spoons milk

    Topping

    Tomato Ketchup
    Grated Cheese
Anything else the children fancy - chopped cherry tomatoes, salami, peppers, herbs - anything!

Get them to chop the marge into the flour until like breadcrumbs. Add the milk and mix to make a ball.

Roll out - not too thin and top with tomato puree and cheese. Add anything else.

    Cook for 10 - 15 minutes at 200C. Delicious.
My 2 and 3 year olds can almost make these without me!

Also good for after schoolers to make and eat for their own snack.

We love making these . We use all sorts of toppings . The only problem when we've made them is they want to eat them straight away before ive cooked them ! Thanks for sharing angel
