I make these and add different things such as cinamon, rasins etc..

Great to make with kids- no yucky eggs! Eggs are rarely seen in my house as my daughter is allergic, she has been rushed to A&E in the past!

I made some lately with my new mindee and mum asked for the recipe (boost for my cooking skills as my 2 don't seem to like my cooking at the mo!)

Thought I would bump this up again for those who havn't seen it as theyr really are easy and yummy!

I made these this afternoon the mixture seemed too dry at first so added some extra milk. I made six large ones and they ate them still warm. Will add chocchips next time as requested. Thanks

I made these at the weekend and they were amazing the only thing was that they didnt last long they were so tasty. I am making another couple batches and going to freeze some. I warmed them up and served with custard

Ohh brilliant! I was just about to look for something healthy as my 2 and 3 year old love cooking but we have only made cookies and decorated biscuits with icing and smarties etc. I think mum would like me to make something healthier with them and I would as well!

How can I link this to the ECM as a healthy treat as well as linking it to their development? I don't really link to the ECM as I'm not sure how to do it. Would I just mention it in the observations or planning?

Thanks loads for posting this receipe! Am going to try it with them tomorrow! Also thanks for the tip on freezing overripe bananas, not that we have many as we all eat about 5 a day with me and hubby as well!!

    Love Claire Xxx
