Morton Michel have kindly donated a prize so we can have a competition. The prize is a set of Child Record Forms and a Monthly Planner.

Child Record forms (rrp £12):
The Child Record forms contain enough forms for 6 children.

This will provide you with key information on each child as well as permissions or instructions as what to do in the event of an emergency. Maintaining this form for each child that you mind will also help you to comply with standards 8, 12 and 14 of the National Standards for Childminders.

Monthly Planner (rrp £6):

The planner is to help you keep your whole life well organised. You can enter your own appointments and events as well as those relating to the children that you mind.
