Hi, very good, i liked the bit about you believe in allowing children to do their own art work, i do to, doesnt matter what it looks like thats how children learn , so many cm and nursery nurseries ive seen over the years making birthday, christmas cards and not allowing the children to do it themselves, got to be perfect!
