It's what we've been saying all along, isn't it? None of the proposals are going to make childcare cheaper.

I doubt the government will take any notice though. They haven't so far

I'm concerned about truss comment that parents will love that schools can run holiday clubs more easily. How about the poor children going to the same place nearly every day of the year! I dread to think what the future generations will have in the way of PSE skills when they wil spend most of their lives at school

parents might love it .... doubt the teachers will! in fact, I can't see the teachers wanting to run holiday clubs!
