    Somehow this can be compared to early years ...more children and better pay??
    That Wilshaw has a lot to answer for in these reforms..

    what a laugh - 30 kids per class is hardly small! we were discussing this at governors last week. Class size was not mentioned only that pay rises would be based on performance and those not performing would not get a rise and we needed as head and governors to justify increases.

    Where are they going to put these extra children - build new schools - oh yeah that'll save loads of money
    if you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got
