Claimed Employment support allowance

I have claimed ESA since November after being signed off work due to problems in pregnancy, i then went on to claim maternity allowance. Are these both taxable and where do i enter it on the online self assessment form ? Its the first time i have ever claimed these and want to get the right income.

Also for tax credits do they want to know the same figure for the year ?
Not sure if they include the ESA and maternity amount ?
