just got my ofsted yearly fee invoice thru the post, can i claim this as an expense on my accounts, even tho im on maternity leave right now so not working.

If you are still registered as a cm absolutley it should go in the years accounts and if you are going to be earning more than the £6000 and a bit personnal allowance then it will help reduce your tax bill
