cotracts and one day off calculation
Hello,
I wanted to know how to sign a contract to be determined for childminder days paid time off and holiday parents? And what fee do you take?
And how about children 1 day off?

There is a free sample contract here - Free Childminder Paperwork - Childcare.co.uk - I hope you find it useful

Thank you Sarah,I just want to know I am doing ok or not. I put 5 days for parental/guardian paid holiday/time off and put a fee for that days,so other time off days will be unpaid? Am I right? How other is doing this?

I don't quite understand your last post... but...
Be careful about telling parents they can take unlimited time away without paying you- they could go off on a long haul trip for 2 months and leave you with no income! Or just not turn up one week and expect you not to charge them that week because they were 'on holiday'.
We all have different ways of doing it- I say parents pay me still when they are on holiday, I am open and working so if they choose not to come that is their choice but they still pay me.
I close a certain number of weeks a year- some people charge half fee when they are closed for maybe 3 or 4 weeks a year. Some CMers do not charge when they are closed for their own holiday but be careful because your income with then drop dramatically some months of the year so you may want to look at how you can cope with that.
Make sure you are clear on bank holidays too- are you open or closed? Some charge for bank holidays and some do not.

I charge full fee for days when child is contracted to come - if they don't come due to illness, day off or family holiday, they still pay - I charge monthly in advance. If I am ill, have a day off for appointment, funeral etc, or take annual holiday, or bank holiday and am not available to work then they don't pay - if I have already charged them then I am ill or need a short notice day off then I would refund them on the next invoice.

That is exactly what I do.
I also worked out the fee for 4 weeks at half pay (to cover my 4 weeks unpaid holiday) and added it to my hourly fee ... so everyone DOES pay for my time off; they just don't know it as my hourly fee went up! All I have to remember to do is save it each month!

This is exactly how I operate.
